Hassan is a personal trainer; Bikram, Vinyasa, Yin & Yoga Alliance certified. His sessions are person centered, motivating and compassionate with a focus on technique and a little fun!
Bikram Yoga is a system of hot yoga, a type of yoga as exercise, devised by Bikram Choudhury, that became popular in the early 1970s. Classes consist of a fixed sequence of 26 postures, practised in a room heated to 105 °F with a humidity of 40%, intended to replicate the climate of India.
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles.
A vinyasa is a smooth transition between asanas in styles of modern yoga as exercise such as Vinyasa Krama Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, especially when movement is paired with the breath.
Restorative yoga is a form of yoga that seeks to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation with the aid of props. The use of props makes it easier for you to maintain balance while you are stimulating and relaxing your body. This is a great class for yogis that lead a fast paced life and need to slow down and restore also great for those that are looking to balance out their practice.
